KOLBY & AFTON JOHNSON

Founded in November 2017 in a real estate classroom, Victory has called some unexpected places home—from a literal barn to a hotel ballroom, a funeral home, and the Citi campus. Through every move, God has been faithful and our community has continued to grow.

DAN STEPHANY

Supporting pastors through staff development, overseeing church finances, serving in pastoral ministry, and leading our Usher and Safety teams.

ASSISTANT PASTOR
STUDENT MINISTRIES DIRECTOR

RACHEL BRAUN

Works alongside Pastor Afton to provide direction for children’s, youth, preschool, and nursery ministries. Oversees scheduling, develops graphics and media, and assists with announcements and communications.

Supports pastors with event planning from preparation through completion, oversees church communications, coordinates serve-team scheduling, and manages the church database, including event registrations and giving.

ADMINISTRATION

TRISTAN GERRY

Provides direct support to the pastors, serves as the primary liaison for guest ministers and the Rhema Ministerial Association, manages church inquiries, and assists the media team.

ADMINISTRATION

GEOF GUITHER

Oversees Men’s Breakfast, ensures church areas are stocked and prepared each week, manages the church bookstore, coordinates weekly nursing home visits, and supports care ministry through hospital visitation and follow-up.

ANGELA BARROW

Supports pastors and staff with communications, collaborates with department heads across the media team, follows up with first-time guests, and assists with event planning and volunteer coordination.

ADMINISTRATION/OUTREACH

SARA TIMOTHY

Supports pastors and staff with events and outreach, oversees Connect Groups, assists with nursery, toddler, and preschool ministries, and serves as the liaison for all audio and video needs.

CUSTODIAN

LANCE JOHNSON

Maintains the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of church facilities, oversees custodial supplies and organization, and assists with cleanup for special events, meetings, and ministry activities.
